Have PTSD since 1/2007
- Hello, I blocked for 7 months following a traumatic event. Currently, I identify PTSD as like a tornado. I have learned a lot. Now, finally, I am receiving EMDR, an incredibly successful therapy for PTSD. It helps you go in the brain and dig out the negative and hurtful memories and emotions that seem to haunt. I hope you look it up and look for a therapist in your area. Mine is in Miami, a 1/2 to 1 hour away. I have now 4 sessions a week, 1 hour each. Insurance pays and I pay 10.00 for a co-pay for each session. There are places that can treat. I hope you get help so you can help yourself and loved ones, as we are all affected. God Bless You with Courage.
