A new report conducted by the RAND Corporation titled, “Invisible Wounds of War: Psychological and Cognitive Injuries, Their Consequences, and Services to Assist Recovery” has found that approximately 300,000 military service men and women are suffering from PTSD and depression as a result of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. However, only about half have sought out treatment for these problems.
